PHASE 1
Selecting the building site for your new custom home is as important as selecting the home itself. Not only must the location accommodate your lifestyle and reflect your personality, but it should also reflect the style of home imagined.

PHASE 2
The lot is cleared, the foundation layout is staked, foundation walls are poured.

PHASE 3
Your home's interior and exterior walls (all floors) are built and the exterior walls are covered with vapor barrier material. Your trusses/roof framing is completed and the sheeting is nailed in place.

PHASE 4
(Sealed and Weather Proofed) At the completion of phase 4, your home will have shingles, windows, doors, and siding (if applicable) installed. The painting and staining is completed; the exterior electrical is in place; the brick or stone is set (if applicable); and the exterior caulking around the windows and doors is finished.

PHASE 5
(Ready for drywall) During this phase, your home's rough electrical, rough HVAC (heating and air conditioning), and rough plumbing systems are completed. Your phone, cable, high speed Internet, Intercom, and Entertainment wiring is completed. Municipal insepctions are completed and your homes insulation is installed.

PHASE 6
Drywall is installed; tile and hardwood flooring is selected and installed; interior doors, moldings, and trim are installed; railings and balusters are set; your chosen fireplace mantel is installed; and kitchen cabinets are in place.

PHASE 7
Your homes countertops are installed; interior paint and stain are completed; your selected plumbing and electrical fixtures are installed; and the carpeting installation is completed.

PHASE 8
(Builder and Homeowner Acceptance): During this phase, our entire team maticulously goes through your home for quality inspection. We schedule a walk through with you to ensure your total satisfaction.
